As a Head Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties:
Coach classes
Partner with the Studio Manager and Regional Leadership to ensure the success of the studio
Lead, manage and develop a dynamic team of fitness professionals
Recruit, train, and educate new OTF coaches to ensure their success
Handle member concerns in a professional, objective manner with the goal of resolution
Working hand-in-hand with the sales team to guide interested consumers, also known as intros, through their first Orangetheory workout
Conducting fitness staff meetings and attending all relative, mandatory webinars, and other requested meetings
Build the monthly coaching schedule
Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
This position is not remote, and requires you to be in studio for a minimum of 20-25 hours a week
Group Fitness and/or Personal Training certification along with CPR/AED/First Aid are a must to be considered for this role.
Compensation
Base Compensation: $1000 per month
Class Pay: Ranges from $30 to $80 per class dependent on attendance

Monthly Bonus Eligibility: $250 to $1000 per month based on performance
Class Bonus: $3 to $10 per class
Class Requirements
Minimum of 10 classes per week
Administrative Duties
10 hours of administrative work per week, divided into three 3-hour shifts
Days and times for administrative shifts are flexible (and can be adjusted to meet studio needs) but must be approved by the Studio Manager (SM) and District Sales Manager (DSM) in advance.
