Hiring Unit: Athletics and Recreation Position Summary: The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations within the sports complex by delivering excellent customer service and assisting with various operational tasks. Under the guidance of their immediate supervisor, the individual will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for clients, ensuring the facility is properly set up for events, and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. This role involves a combination of customer-facing tasks, physical duties, and behind-the-scenes support to help the sports complex run efficiently. The incumbent will be responsible for managing equipment rentals, performing light maintenance tasks, and assisting with laundry duties, among other related activities. Primary Responsibilities: Welcome and greet clients, providing them with necessary information and assisting with any inquiries or requests in a courteous and professional manner. Set-up and dismantle of activities in the sports complex Provide customers with rental equipment, ensuring proper handling, checking in and out of equipment, and offering guidance on proper use. Perform laundry tasks, including washing, folding, and sorting uniforms, towels, and other items used within the facility. Assist with other operational tasks as needed to support the smooth functioning of the sports complex.
