Job Title Sr. Downstream Product Manager – Virtual Care & Surveillance (Cambridge, MA) Job Description As the global Downstream Product Manager, you will lead the efforts for the Virtual Care and Clinical Surveillance Solutions, where you will focus on driving product commercialization and post release marketing activities to maximize product adoption, customer satisfaction, and market penetration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborating to execute both product and solution marketing plans in key markets and deliver impactful results. Your role: Develop and implement detailed marketing strategies for product commercialization and post-release activities. Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, prices, and competitive landscape, utilizing insights to develop effective marketing plans. Collaborate with Product Management, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and other departments to ensure product marketing strategies align with business objectives. Collaborate with Marketing to create and manage marketing campaigns, promotions, and programs that drive product adoption, customer loyalty, and revenue growth. Monitor product performance and analyze key metrics to optimize marketing initiatives and enhance return on investment. Utilize customer feedback to continually improve product positioning and marketing tactics. Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders, communicating marketing strategies, roadmap plans, and performance outcomes. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers, to bolster product/solution visibility and credibility. Stay current with industry trends and best practices, integrating new ideas to keep marketing strategies innovative and effective. Requires the ability to travel, up to 15%, including internationally. You're the right fit if: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of global experience in product management or product marketing for hospitals and healthcare systems, or medical device companies, specifically focusing on downstream activities. Patient monitoring and/or Clinical Nursing background, a plus. Experience with medical device products and solutions, especially software products (on prem and/or SaaS). Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product growth and customer engagement. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Ability to prepare and deliver complex product and solution presentations in an understandable way for hospital customer stakeholders in technical, clinical, and administrative roles. Strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on business, revenue-generation, and innovation. You exercise substantial creativity to innovate new processes, procedures, or work products to achieve established objectives. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex marketing concepts clearly. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $135,240 to $216,348 per year.
