Key Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and maintain additive manufacturing systems to ensure consistent production quality.
Maintenance and operation of Additive manufacturing powder handling systems.
Collaborate with the manufacturing team in supporting daily additive manufacturing operations.
Participate in the process improvement efforts to streamline additive manufacturing operations.
Adhere to the AS9100 standard and comply with internal quality standards.
Identify operational issues proactively and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Support and contribute to a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Qualifications:
College certificate or diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or a related field).
Prior experience in operations and maintenance of additive manufacturing systems is considered as an asset.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Team-playing attitude with strong communication skills.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
Proficiency in using precision measurement tools such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Must be comfortable working shift work and occasional overtime as required.
Lift 10 to 40 pounds on a frequent basis.
Access to reliable transportation is considered an asset.
