The Senior Manager, Brand Operations – North America (NAM) is a critical role
responsible for leading regional marketing operations in support of go-to-market
plans across the U.S. and Canada. This individual will drive process excellence,
manage cross-functional workflows, and ensure timely and integrated delivery of
regional campaigns, seasonal storytelling, and experiential activations.
This role requires a seasoned operations leader with a passion for the outdoors,
strong marketing acumen, and the ability to keep complex projects moving across
teams and timelines.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work.
Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
Meet Your Future Team:
This role sits in Regional North America Brand Marketing team, working closely
with the NAM Brand Leadership and alongside Brand Marketing’s operational and
strategic team. This role works closely with cross-functional partners across
the organization.
If you were the Senior Manager, Brand Operations – NAM, here are some of the
core activities you would be doing:

Project Management & Execution
- Leading end-to-end project management for all regional marketing campaigns
and initiatives
- Owning marketing calendars and milestone tracking across seasonal and
always-on efforts
- Collaborating with brand, creative, digital, and retail teams to ensure
timely delivery and integration across channels
Briefing & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Translating regional strategies into clear, actionable briefs for internal
and external partners
- Facilitating alignment across creative, media, experiential, and e-commerce
teams
- Serving as the connective tissue between regional and global brand teams
Channel Integration
- Ensuring marketing activations are fully integrated across DTC channels
including owned retail, digital, email, and social
- Tracking and reporting on regional execution against brand priorities and
KPIs
- Supporting market-specific adaptations that remain true to global brand
standards
Process & Optimization
- Refining regional workflows and implement best-in-class operational tools
- Championing operational excellence, resource planning, and calendar
discipline
- Identifying areas for improvement and drive ongoing enhancements in planning
and execution

- Providing ongoing reports to partners on NAM marketing needs and timelines,
working within our project management process to develop a workstream that
ties into our current business operations
- Providing, when necessary, options/impacts, risk/opportunities on any project
areas that lack attention and ownership
Are you our next Senior Manager, Brand Operations – NAM?
- You have a Bachelor's degree or postsecondary education in a related field
(GTM lifecycles, operations in the clothing/textile industry, Design
Operations, Agency/Studio Operations)
- You have 8+ years of experience in GTM and brand operations—ideally within a
global athletic, outdoor, or lifestyle brand—you bring a strong track record
in leading change, evolving departmental processes, steering strategic
projects, enabling operational understanding
- You have experience leading project teams with a demonstrated background in
connecting cross-functional teams
- You have multi-channel marketing budget management experience
- You have practical knowledge of project management methodologies
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to
influence without direct control
- You are excellent at presentation skills
- You have strong skills in workflow organization and efficiency in order to
meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- You are relentless attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks to
meet deadlines.
- You have a positive approach to problem-solving through analytical and
strategic thinking and operational efficacy.
- You are agile in your approach to adapt to ever changing evolution of our
business needs
- You have the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- You have excellent ability to inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous
improvement.
- Recommended for ability to work with creative organizations
- You have an understanding of sales processes and marketing strategies

$125,000 - $156,000 a year
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$125,000 - CAD$156,000 at the time
of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such
as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.
Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and does not
include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
