The Job
Communicate the Operations team’s messages to staff.
Provide employees with verbal recognition, direction, and support.
Supervise and coordinate activities of work groups.
Communicate with Managers to review work procedures and improve efficiency.
Ensure guest satisfaction by regularly checking on them during their experience.
Monitor employee performance and report issues to management immediately.
Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
Be present on the floor throughout the shift to assist FOH staff (handling complaints, voids, discounts, etc.).
Visit tables to assess guest experience and resolve issues on the spot.
Observe employees to ensure policy compliance and positive guest experience.
Participate in meetings to discuss incentive programs, new procedures, and opportunities.
Ensure staff follow proper procedures to maintain profitability.
Report any safety or equipment issues immediately to MOD.
Verify completion of assigned FOH duties (e.g., cleaning) with other Managers.
Job Requirements
Communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
Experience in a role involving constant interaction with customers and fulfilling their requests.
