POSITION SUMMARY
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Paragon’s Test Security Operations Unit by ensuring that the quality and performance of test centres meet the standards set by Paragon, and that the test centres and their staff are compliant with Paragon’s policies and procedures.
This position reports to the Test Security Operations Lead.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Audit and monitor Paragon’s global network of test centres.
Maintain positive working relationships with third party vendors that provide monitoring services to Paragon.
Work with third party vendors to coordinate, schedule, and follow-up with Test Centre Monitors.
Review monthly invoices from 3rd party vendors for accuracy and approve for payment.
Ensure that monitoring assignments by Test Centre Monitors are conducted as expected according to detailed training and documentation. Review and revise training documentation on an annual basis.
Provide post-monitoring assignment reports to stakeholders and work with other business units to ensure that any issues identified in a monitoring assignment are addressed in a timely manner.
Collect and analyze data relating to test centres performance and create reports summarizing the results.
Work closely with other business units to update and improve test centre training materials.
Research new and innovative ways to monitor and ensure test centre quality and compliance.
Provide support to the Paragon Test Security team as required, including but not limited to, reviewing test security flags, writing letters to candidates relating to Test Security concerns, reviewing surveillance footage and other security data, and conducting Test Security investigations.
Provide support to the Prometric Security Operations team as required, including but not limited to, arranging audits, reviewing audit results, writing audit reports, and assisting with video reviews.
REQUIREMENTS
Four-year undergraduate degree.
Possess a minimum of one year of experience in a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
Ability to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to pay careful attention to detail, to exercise tact, discretion and confidentiality, and to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
Willingness to grow and provide support to meet the needs of the company.

Willingness and availability to travel within Canada and internationally
Have Canadian citizenship, Canadian permanent residence, or valid work permit in Canada.
