NOW HIRING: Sous Chef

What You’ll Do:
Lead daily kitchen operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Co-create and refresh menus with the Executive Chef using seasonal and trend-forward ingredients
Ensure every dish meets exceptional standards of taste, presentation, and consistency
Mentor and develop kitchen talent, fostering a collaborative and growth-driven team culture
Work closely with FOH teams and events staff for seamless service delivery
Support cost control, inventory, and kitchen efficiency efforts
Bring bold, new ideas and global inspirations to the table
What You Bring:
Culinary diploma and 5+ years in high-end hotel or restaurant kitchens
Red Seal Certification (preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Deep love for food and commitment to culinary excellence
Familiarity with kitchen software and Microsoft Office
