We are seeking a Equipment Operator to support the Construction Department by leading on-site operations, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and guiding teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.

What You Will Do:
Safety & Maintenance Operate equipment safely and in line with company standards. Monitor machinery for performance issues, perform routine maintenance and minor repairs, and complete daily logs. Promote a strong safety culture by following all protocols and procedures.
Equipment Operation & Site Support Operate and inspect machinery to complete tasks like grading and hauling. Follow plans or verbal instructions, assist with material handling, and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site.
Communication & Coordination Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding project status and issues. Provide timely updates and flag concerns to support project flow and site coordination.
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Have Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; or a combination of education and experience
Proven experience operating construction equipment
Strong understanding of equipment safety procedures and workplace safety standards
Basic mechanical skills for routine troubleshooting and upkeep
Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
Valid Canadian-issued driver’s license
Telehandler, Forklift, or Skid Steer certification—or equivalent experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
