We’re looking for a Rental Consultant to join our rental team in our Thunder Bay location. This is a Permanent Full-time (40 hours per week) position.

What you’ll do:
Greet customers and assist with vehicle rental and returns
Advise customers on use and care of vehicles
Performs walk around and vehicle inspection with customer
Complete vehicle condition report and obtain customer signature
Establish strong customer relationships by becoming familiar with the specific needs, expectations, and requirements of our rental customers
Open and close rental agreements and complete necessary paperwork
Respond to customer complaints in a timely and appropriate manner
Support the Rental department by driving and cleaning vehicles as necessary
Qualifications:
Completion of secondary school or equivalent
Specific subject matter courses or training may be required.
A valid Driver’s License and a clean drivers abstract required
Clear pre-employment security clearance required
Must be available to work evenings and weekends
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Strong computer skills
Experience working with a Rental software would be considered a strong asset
