The Web Designer, develops, and executes Smile Digital Health’s comprehensive
digital marketing strategies and plans, which includes, but not limited to, SEO,
PPC, cross-channel lead generation, and lead nurturing processes across web
channels to align with Smile’s business goals, objectives and vision.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive
online traffic and conversions.
- Develop SEO strategies, including but not limited to, plans to redesign the
website, increase backlinks, and improve user experience.
- Design, create, analyze, test, and update web pages, landing pages,
calls-to-action, website copy and email campaigns to enhance conversion
optimization and target achievement as well as increase quality website
visits and drive visitors to relevant content to capture leads.
- Ensure brand consistency with regard to graphic design and website copy tone,
voice, and terminology.
- Regularly monitor and address website security threats, usability, or
compliance issues, including but not limited to, fixing broken
links/redirects, ensuring functionality and efficiency of all digital
properties.
- Manage, maintain, and provide technical support to ensure seamless flow
between HubSpot, Pardot and Salesforce. Ensure consistent aesthetic, feel,
and user experience across different platforms.
- Monitor and optimize website loading performance and capacity.
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools and software for the website,
e.g., HubSpot, Pardot/SalesForce, and Google GA4.
- Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities and technologies.
- Develop testing and optimization plans to track results and identify
opportunities for optimization resulting in enhanced performance. Conduct
content, design, or pre-campaign A/B testing as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and adapt strategies
to align with market shifts.
- Develop a working understanding of Smile Digital Health’s value proposition,
target industries, target personas, and solutions.
- Comply with the privacy, security and confidentiality policies.
- Hold all confidential information in trust and strict confidence and ensure
that it shall be used only for the purposes required to fulfill employment
obligations, and shall not be used for any other purpose, or disclosed to any
third party. A breach of policy or misuse of information could result in
disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
Requirements:
- 6+ years related experience in marketing, business or digital media.
Experience in an SEO role in the healthcare technology industry, preferred.
- Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate in marketing, business,
management, or a related field of study and/or equivalent working
experience.
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise B2B digital marketing strategies, tactics,
principles and trends, channel strategy, brand management, and marketing
technology
- Previous experience in visual storytelling and graphic design abilities, a
portfolio of digital and web design work. Proficiency with Adobe Creative
Suite and Canva.
- Possess strong visual storytelling and graphic design abilities. Experience
with marketing automation platforms, e.g., HubSpot, Pardot/SalesForce.
- Proficiency with analytics tools, e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
- Natural collaborator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent creative problem-solving and analytical abilities with a focus on
business growth.
- Superior research skills and ability to understand technical concepts and
information to translate complex ideas into client-friendly language.
- Exceptional project management and organization skills.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently use software, including Windows/Mac,
Google Suite, HubSpot, preferred.
