What You’ll Be Doing:
Greet and guide patients through their visit with warmth and enthusiasm
Assist in delivering optimal orthodontic care and educate patients on their treatment journey
Maintain a clean, organized, and sterilized clinical space
Prepare dental instruments, equipment, and materials efficiently
Collaborate with your team to create a supportive, respectful, and fun work environment
Jump into a fast-paced day with positive energy and a service mindset
Support your Orthodontist and leadership team with delegated clinical tasks
What You Bring to the Team:
CDA Certification and successful completion of the NDAEB Exam
Orthodontic Module completed
Experience as a Dental Assistant (ortho experience is a bonus!)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you make patients feel at ease
Strong time management and organizational skills
A genuine passion for patient care and a collaborative spirit
