The Opportunity:
We are currently looking to add a full-time Marketing Assistant to our growing team. The Marketing Assistant is responsible for ensuring projects and campaigns are executed across key touch points, with a primary focus on supporting our existing creative team. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will contribute to day-to-day marketing, monitor release schedules, as well as coordinating brand marketing campaigns, ensuring that assets are created to spec, scheduled and delivered to the appropriate channels according to strategic plans. This is a highly collaborative role, working cross-functionally with multiple teams to drive business growth through a multi-channel approach.
The Responsibilities:
Maintain and coordinate brand marketing initiatives for existing stores and online
Provide marketing support to Brand Manager, Creative Lead and Marketing Team
Work closely with the wider marketing team to coordinate, create, and deliver strategic campaign and day-to-day marketing assets for online, social, mailers and campaigns
Photo editing, graphic creation, and knowledge of video editing
Create engaging marketing briefs, and recap decks for seasonal and brand partner campaigns
Support the brand manager and creative lead on campaign planning, brand co-ops, budgeting, reporting,
briefs & administration
Provide backfill support for social media delivery, content creation, and coordination
Safeguard and maintain brand standards while delivering high-quality creative for our brand and our brand partners
Establish and develop relationships with key internal stakeholders, brand partners, vendors and service providers
Collect and analyze data to gain insight and inform marketing strategy
Report on campaign performance and processes, always looking for areas to optimize and Improve
The Requirements:
1-3 years of marketing experience spanning advertising, event coordination, and project Management
Strong time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines for product/campaign launches
Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud with focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, After FX, Premiere
Fluent in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Highly organized and resourceful, with effective time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines
Effective communication skills with an ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Strong work ethic with a willingness to get things done, give extra effort, and be flexible to the needs of a growing business
Fluent in English with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain internal and external relationships
Ability to multi-task with an attention to detail and a drive to be accurate
Knowledge of marketing channels, social media, and a desire to build on your existing marketing skillset

Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills
Video & Motion Graphics Skills: Strong experience in video editing, motion graphics, and animation for marketing and advertising purposes.
Design Expertise: Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and on-brand designs across print and digital platforms.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering accurate and polished designs.
Time Management & Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
Creative Mindset: A highly creative individual with the ability to think outside the box while adhering to brand guidelines and objectives.
Knowledge of the retail, sneaker or street fashion industry
