As a Senior Admissions Advisor, you are a proactive resource person, able to take initiative, propose areas for improvement and share your best practices within the team. You will support future students in their decision-making process, from the first contact to their registration. You contribute to the achievement of registration objectives by maintaining a rigorous and personalized approach, even in a high-volume context, to support each candidate towards an informed decision. You will also actively participate in the optimization of the admissions process and contribute to the training of new team members. You have solid experience in a similar role and demonstrate professional reflexes that allow you to handle complex situations with confidence. You are recognized for your ability to support your colleagues, propose improvements and contribute positively to team dynamics.
Location: Lasalle College –Montréal Campus
Status: Permanent, full-time (39 hours/week)
Work Schedule:
Monday to Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet, inform and guide applicants throughout the admissions process;
Evaluate applications and recommend the best orientations based on profiles and objectives;
Participate in trade fairs, open days and other recruitment activities;
Collaborate with the pedagogical departments to ensure optimal follow-up of admissions;
Train, coach and mentor new admissions counsellors;
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to the optimization of tools and procedures;
Ensure quality customer service by responding to internal and external inquiries proactively.
REQUIREMENTS
Hold a university degree in a related field;
Experience with a CRM;
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the education sector;
Good knowledge of the post-secondary education environment;
Fluency in the French language (oral and written);
Proficiency in the English language at a professional level (oral and written).
