As Director of Admissions, you are responsible for developing and implementing admissions and enrollment strategies to optimize student recruitment at the national and international levels. You oversee admissions teams, develop institutional partnerships, and manage agent relationships and budgets related to admissions activities. Your role also includes continuous process improvement, creating marketing materials and actively participating in LaSalle College's promotional events.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute targeted enrollment and admissions strategies to optimize lead generation and conversions domestically and internationally;
Recommend process improvements to support a strategic, streamlined and transparent intake process;
Supervise local and international admissions teams, tracking activities and objectives using the CRM;
Develop effective marketing tools to maximize the attractiveness of programs and stimulate enrolment;
Implement a data analysis and KPI monitoring system;
Develop a specific job profile with a view to building an admissions team whose skills reflect a strong sales and marketing orientation;
Train, mentor and retain admissions teams while promoting their continuing professional development;
Actively participate in recruitment and promotion events, on and off campus;
Establish and maintain institutional partnerships (liaisons, memoranda of understanding, credit transfers/blocks);
Manage agent relationships and budgets associated with admissions activities;
Develop and oversee related budgets;
Performs other related duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Hold a bachelor's degree in sales, communication or commerce;
Possess significant experience in a similar role with measurable goals achieved;
Previous experience in recruitment or admissions;
Experience in managing agents;
Fluency in the French language (oral and written);
Proficiency in the English language at a professional level (oral and written).
This role involves frequent interactions with internal and external customers and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
