Job Description: Ensures provision of safe, comprehensive care, meeting client and staff needs through coordination and communication. Provides assistance with system navigation and the coordinator of patient flow.

Experience
5 years nursing experience in primary care, public/community health nursing
5+ years experience in healthcare organization and community health service
Education
Current registration with CRNS and current BCLS certitication.
Course credits in community health and public health nursing are required
Bachelor's Degree
Licenses
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Registered Nurse (RN)
Other Education and Training
Experience in program planning and evaluation an asset
