This is how you WOW:
Assess, test, repair, and service products to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.
Maintain customer relationships by addressing technical questions.
Consult and train the customers on how to work efficiently with Kärcher products.
Document the collected data from work using the CRM-System.
Support lead generation of new orders while assessing customer equipment.
Managing inventory of vehicle stock.
Represent and promote Kärcher products in a professional manner.
Perform duties in accordance with health and safety standards.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
At least 2 years’ experience as a Service Technician with commercial cleaning equipment, appliances, or similar equipment
Basic computer skills in MS Office or Google Suite, CRM, SAP
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experienced with problem solving, analytical thinking and methodical approach
Customer centric mindset
Strong problem solver, analytical thinker and methodical.
Highly motivated who works well in both a team and independently
Willingness to travel
