SUMMARY OF POSITION:
We are seeking a retiring or non-producing licensed Loan Officer who currently
resides in Nevada and holds an active NV MLO license. This unique position is
ideal for an established mortgage professional who wants to remain active in the
industry without originating loans at this time.
In this non-producing compliance role, you will serve as the designated licensed
MLO for Nevada and help support our licensing requirements by also obtaining and
maintaining a Utah Principal Lending Manager (PLM) license designation. (if not
existing must obtain within 60 days of employment)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an active Nevada MLO license in good standing.
- Complete all required federal and state MLO continuing education.
- Obtain and maintain a Utah MLO license and PLM designation (support and
guidance provided).
- Serve as the designated responsible party for licensing purposes for a
licensed servicing entity.
- No loan origination, lead generation, or production is required or expected.

Requirements:
- Nevada residency (must physically reside in NV)
- Active Nevada MLO license in good standing
- Recent loan origination experience and production history
- Ability to obtain and maintain Utah MLO license and PLM designation
- Willingness to complete all required continuing education and licensing
renewals
- No active mortgage origination required
