We're on the hunt for an Appointment Coordinator who's ready to drive our customer experience forward and help us shift our service department into high gear. As a key member of our team, you'll be working alongside a talented group of automotive experts who are shaping the future of the industry
Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm appointments
Deliver exceptional guest experiences
Manage recalls and warranty coverage
Respond to calls and emails professionally
Coordinate with parts department
Process payments accurately
Follow up with guests for feedback
Qualifications:
Customer service experience with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in technology and software applications
