We’re Key Media, an award-winning international business media and events company, and we have an exciting opportunity for an Event Manager to join our growing global team.
In this role, you’ll work on a busy calendar of B2B events across North America and the UK. You’ll collaborate closely with our content, marketing, and sales teams to bring conferences, award shows, and festivals to life.

What you'll be doing:
Manage end-to-end logistics for a variety of B2B conferences, award shows, and special formats like HR Future Fest
Liaise with venues, vendors, sponsors, speakers, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
Work closely with content, marketing, and sales to align messaging and goals
Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet quality standards
Gather feedback post-event and contribute ideas for ongoing improvement
Travel within North America and possibly the UK to support onsite event delivery
What we're looking for:
Solid experience in planning and delivering business events
Strong logistical coordination skills and attention to detail
Comfortable managing deadlines and working across multiple projects
Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members a plus
A collaborative communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Based in Toronto, with the ability to work a hybrid schedule
