Our client, a multi-service, client-centred family services agency, is seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join their team as the Manager of a Day Treatment Centre. This role oversees the full operation of a specialized treatment program designed for adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioural, academic, and/or social challenges. The program is delivered in partnership with the Toronto District School Board (TDSB) and integrates therapeutic, educational, and case management services.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete client service cycle: intake, assessment, placement, treatment, discharge, and follow-up.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical and educational programming to ensure high-quality, client-centered care.
Lead a multidisciplinary team, providing the tools, guidance, and performance management needed to deliver effective services.
Maintain a strong and collaborative relationship with the TDSB and other community partners.
Promote a safe, well-maintained, and service-oriented environment.
Represent the agency in cross-functional initiatives and management forums.
Ensure team alignment with agency mission, values, and strategic priorities.
Perform other related duties as required.
What You Bring:
A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in a leadership or managerial role.
Registration and good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).
Deep experience in working with adolescents facing complex behavioural and emotional challenges, including day treatment program delivery.
Familiarity with educational partnerships, particularly with the TDSB or other school boards.
Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
