Bonus programs that include annual performance and profit sharing Employee discounts on top brands of plumbing and HVAC/R products Education reimbursement for employees Employee referral program What you will do: Perform lead role on SOX testing for assigned business processes: plan, execute and report on testing, with guidance from the Audit Manager/Director Produce high quality working papers to document the tests performed, results and conclusions Review working papers and assist with the coaching of team members Prepare quality draft and final reports for submission to the Audit Manager/Director for review Deputize for the Audit Manager/Director as required Liaise with a range of stakeholders to develop relationships and facilitate the achievement of engagement objectives Apply professional auditing principles and standards to evaluate complex records and operational systems Coordinate and effectively communicate observations and corrective agreed actions verbally and in writing to audit clients Follow up to ensure corrective agreed actions are achieved within agreed timescales Assist in the recruitment of new staff Other duties / special projects as assigned What you will bring: Certification required (CPA, CIA, CISA, etc.) At least 3-4 years of experience in risk-based auditing (internal or external) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field SOX experience including system and process documentation required Preferred knowledge of Oracle, Workday, AuditBoard and Power BI Excellent analytical and project management skills IT auditing and data analytics experience desirable Exceptional communication, presentation and persuasion skills required Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage deadlines Each resume submitted gets individually reviewed by our team and retained for 24 months if other new and exciting opportunities arise that match your skills and qualifications.
