What You'll Be Doing: Control food and labour costs to meet or exceed targets Supervise BOH operations with a sharp eye for quality and efficiency Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and team development Monitor HACCP and provincial safety standards Partner with brand chefs on menu development and execution Prepare for catering events and special functions Lead by example in a fast-paced, guest-forward airport environment What You Bring to the Table: Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage leadership Minimum 2 years of experience as a kitchen manager leading culinary operations required Culinary diploma or equivalent experience preferred Strong understanding of cost controls, safety, and kitchen operations Food handler certification (as required by law) A proactive, collaborative leadership style and a sharp eye for detail From Our Ops Manager: “We run multiple concepts under one roof—this role calls for someone who’s ready to lead at scale and grow fast.
