What will you do?
Manage regional quotation team day to day business
Maintain internal and external customer relationships
Support new digital tool improvement process (Compas) and provide feedback
Review incoming proposals inquiries from both external and internal sources
Manage the distribution of responsibilities within the team and assign tasks to individual members
Manage bid/no bid selection process and log into tracking tool
Review NCC and provide solutions to minimize NCC value
Present the insights gained and propose a plan to mitigate future risks
Train and coach Junior / Senior quotation specialists
Ensure the process and procedure comply
Conduct annual team-level salary reviews and planning; finalize development plans in collaboration with the Manager
Create team KPI report, analysis and action plan quarterly
What you will need to succeed
University Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
5+ years experience in technical sales for Power Distribution products and solutions
Customer service excellence focus
Self-managing and highly motivated to drive sales growth, with flexible demeanor, yet disciplined approach for process compliance
Above average verbal and written communication skills to deal with both internal engineering, Order / Project Managers as well as external suppliers partners and customers
Highly self-motivated, focused, flexible, and adaptable
Passion for excellence and continuous learning
Proven leadership experience
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment
CET or EET in related discipline is preferred
