The Workplace Experience Ambassador delivers premium client service by fostering meaningful connections, anticipating needs, and providing hospitality-focused solutions across designated properties. This client-facing position strengthens partnerships between JLL, service providers, and clients while implementing tailored experience programs. The ideal candidate combines exceptional interpersonal abilities with a passion for hospitality excellence, continuously enhancing both professional capabilities and workplace environments. WHAT YOU’LL DO Serve as primary contact for workplace inquiries, providing care to enhance client experience Welcome visitors, assist with arrivals, departures, and orientations Maintain visibility in reception areas and through floor walks (minimum two hours daily) Manage badge access for all personnel Monitor reception areas to maintain safe, clean environments Ensure all workspaces are properly stocked and maintained Verify service compliance with agreements and standards Respond to all requests within one business day with follow-up Connect with stakeholders to anticipate needs and develop solutions Support meetings and events to prevent disruptions Escalate potential risks to prevent security incidents or operational issues Provide flexible support for client events Meet established metrics and client objectives Contribute to improvement through best practice sharing Provide administrative support for services as needed Execute additional tasks as requested WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR High School diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2-3 years experience in hospitality management experience Ability to work with clients at all levels of an organization. Strong vendor management experience. Exhibits strong communication and listening skills. Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership. Must have strong analytical skills. Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
