About the Sales Manager Role
Reporting to the Field Sales Director | Ontario, the Sales Manager will lead a Team of Territory Managers in the Southwest Ontario region. The role will have accountability for the Development of Team Members, Expansion of PMA Brands in Outlets & Banners (both On & Off Premise) and Delivery of Business Objectives.

Annual Depletions (Stock Movement from W/H into Outlet) vs Target by Brand Expression for the Business Unit
Minimum Execution Standard (MES) Outcomes vs Target by Brand Expression & Banner for the Business Unit
Shopper Conversion Driver (SCD) Outcomes vs Target by Brand Expression & Banner for the Business Unit
Biweekly Business Performance Review Sessions with Field Sales Director
Weekly 1:1 MES | SCD Status vs Target Review Sessions with Southwest Ontario Territory Managers
Weekly Team Business Performance | MES | SCD Status Review Meeting with Southwest Ontario Territory Managers
Monthly Scorecard on Business Unit Key Business Metrics & Competitive Gaming Report by Banner

Experience & Other Requirements
Minimum 8 Years Sales Experience in the Retail Sales Channel (Beverage Alcohol or CPG)
Minimum 4 Years of Beverage Alcohol Sales Experience in Ontario
Well Demonstrated Track Record of Team Building & Sales Leadership
Well Demonstrated Track Record of Managing Stakeholders
Post Secondary Degree in Business
Remote Working Environment based in the Southwest Ontario
Minimum 60% of Time in Field including Ability to Travel Overnight as Required
Valid Driver’s License with Fully Insured & Reliable Transportation
Must be Legally Able to Work in Canada
Must be of Legal Drinking Age
