Position Summary: 407 ETR is currently seeking a Delivery Manager, Traffic & Tolling Solutions to add to our team. The Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of solutions, services, or projects in order to meet 407 ETRs objectives. This role acts as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards, are completed on time, and stay within budget. In this role, the Delivery Manager will work closely with all stakeholders to ensure that teams have the necessary resources, expertise, and tools to meet deadlines and quality expectations, while proactively addressing risks and providing transparent progress updates. Responsibilities: Lead the development of the application roadmap, execution/sprint plans, project timelines and budgets. Ensure that the delivery team is supported with the necessary resources, skills and tools to complete work effectively and efficiently. Manage the assigned team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their professional growth. Lead and support cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and testers. Identify, monitor, and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact delivery timelines or product quality. Provide regular and transparent updates to Project Managers & other relevant stakeholders regarding deliverable progress, challenges and upcoming releases. Oversee and ensure that the solutions meet or exceed quality standards. Integrate feedback from lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies and team performance. Works with IT Operations and other stakeholders (including vendor partners) to ensure the stability of the application stack within the portfolio, including operational support of incidents. Ensure team’s adherence to established IT governance frameworks, security standards, and compliance requirements. Requirements: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in technology delivery, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles in dynamic, client-facing environments. Strong understanding of rating and pricing solutions. Experience with vehicle image processing (ALPR) tools high desirable. Experience with highway management solutions (linear asset management, incident management) highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field is preferred. Proven ability to manage risk, communicate transparently, and lead crisis resolution when necessary. Deep familiarity with delivery and operational metrics (KPIs, SLAs) and data-driven decision-making. Strong background in managing client relationships, including escalation handling and improvement planning. Experience with application maturity assessments, continuous improvement, and process governance frameworks. Minimum 3 years of experience in leading direct reports Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or scaled agile) and leading multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally. Experience working with enterprise clients in a consulting or technology services environment is highly desirable.
