What you’ll do:
Reporting to the C-Store Division Manager, you will -
Manage the Carlyle C-Store/Gas Bar Site, ensuring safe, consistent, and profitable operations.
Oversee adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, and image standards.
Lead store team positively and engagingly, providing day-to-day direction and guidance to team members. Provide direction, leadership, coaching, training/development, and oversee recruitment.
Purchase and market convenience store merchandise and manage relationships with vendors.
Who you are
Have a minimum of a High School Diploma
You are familiar with petroleum products, storage, handling and safety.
You have good skills in MS Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, etc).
You have strong leadership, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
You have 5+ years of retail experience with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
