BDC is looking for a Visitor Experience and Event Marketing Student at the Montreal Head Office. This is a part-time on-call position. You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for all our visitors and employees as well as assisting in the coordination, preparation, execution of events and marketing activities that take place at our Montreal headquarters. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Visitor experience Meet and greet employees, suppliers and partners in a professional and friendly manner. Anticipate office needs to help ensure a positive experience. Ensure that documentation and procedures are kept up to date and improve them to meet and maintain our established standards of service excellence. Events & Marketing Collaborate in the development and delivery of the service offering related to the visitor experience at the Montreal office, as well as in the programming of activities and events in the region, in support of regional marketing initiatives. Support the Marketing and Events team in the logistics, coordination, planning and execution of events. Carry out post-event activities, including sending out surveys, writing social media posts, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and producing reports. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Desire to learn and enthusiasm to take on new challenges. Very good organization, flexible approach, autonomy, sense of initiative and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of event management software (an asset). Availability to work in the morning or evening depending on the event schedule. Bilingualism (English and French). *You must have completed at least one year of university or cegep, and be registered to continue your studies in the winter of 2026.
