Job Summary
The Senators Community Foundation is looking 50/50 Supervisors to work with the Belleville Senators at the CAA Arena. The 50/50 Supervisors are
high-energy, approachable, motivated and reliable individuals who are responsible for monitoring and supervising the activities of 50/50 ticket sellers.
Job Location: Belleville Senators, CAA Arena - Belleville, ON
Main Responsibilities
Support the 50/50 Program Manager in all aspects of the event
Be responsible for supervising and monitoring of all activities of 50/50 raffle ticket sellers
Conduct or assist in seller training / briefings
Motivate and assist sellers to reach their full selling potential
Assist with the pre-event preparations, execution of game day logistics, and post-event reconciliation (i.e. ticket and machine set up & tear down, troubleshooting technology issues, etc)
Count and reconcile seller cash-outs and prepare nightly deposit
Complete claimant documentation and records
Liaise with CAA Arena security and guest services team members to resolve issues
Job Requirements
1-2
years customer service experience
Secondary School diploma
Must be at least 18 years old
Excellent communication and engaging customer service skills
Strong leadership qualities and interpersonal skills
Assertive and approachable personality
Advanced technological fluency (including MS Word, Excel & internet)
Basic mathematical skills
Excel in large crowds, working with minimal supervision
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
A professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work flexible hours including weekend and evenings.
Bilingualism (English & French) is considered an asset
Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle is an asset
Able to provide a clear Criminal Records Check
