Fountain Tire's London Retread Plant is looking for a reliable and experienced Class AZ Driver to join the team!

Use of a company vehicle for pick-ups and deliveries
Your duties will include:
Operating a 5-ton and/or Semi truck
Inspect vehicles and equipment on a daily basis, record information in the Driver’s Daily Logbook and immediately report any issues to the Plant Manager
Deliver shipments to assigned locations in a safe and timely manner
Load and unload transport trucks using safe lifting and loading procedures
Ensure all equipment, tools, and supplies are returned in good working condition to proper location
Ensure that all vehicle documentation is maintained and preserved
Operate company vehicles in a clean and safe manner; this includes utilizing proper barriers to maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensuring equipment and loads in company vehicles are safely secured for transportation.
What does it take to get on track?
Class AZ drivers license is required
Experience driving a 5-ton or Semi truck is preferred
High school diploma and one year of delivery and/or warehouse experience
Knowledge of commercial vehicles an asset
Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must have the ability to consistently lift up to 100 pounds
