We’re looking for a Sales Associate who is:
?? A fitness enthusiast excited to work in a fun, high-energy studio
?? Positive, friendly, and great at building rapport
?? A strong communicator, in person and over the phone
?? A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Do:
? Greet everyone with energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge
? Present the OTF experience to prospective members and give studio tours
? Work the front desk — answer calls, book classes, follow up with leads
? Support intros during their first Orangetheory workout alongside our coaches
? Sell memberships and help the studio grow
? Help keep the studio clean, organized, and ready to impress
