Student Assessment: Regularly evaluate student progress, providing feedback and coaching to support their development as competent pilots. Lesson Planning: Prepare lesson plans that align with Transport Canada’s flight training standards, fostering a safe and engaging learning environment. Operational Support: Collaborate with flight school staff to ensure efficient scheduling of training aircraft. Qualifications: Must hold a valid Class 2 Flight Instructor certification.
