What you’ll do
As part of the Enterprise Telephony Services (ETS) within End User Product & Engineering Team at TJX, you will be part of a team that plans, builds, and supports technologies and services that enable our Associates and customers to be productive, collaborate seamlessly, and communicate effectively in the office, at home or on the go. Our products and services include Microsoft Teams Voice, Call Center products, tablets & mobile cellular phones.
The Senior Staff Product Owner for Enterprise Telephony Services (ETS) is Responsible for defining the Teams Product Backlog of User Stories including backlog prioritization, refinement, and creation of acceptance criteria along with agreed upon definition of done. Has the expert knowledge of SAFe principles, Kanban, and Scrum including embracing agile principles and applying lean agile mindset. Demonstrates advanced critical thinking skills like Analytical, Problem Solving, Open-minded, creativity, etc. Is an expert in multiple Product/Domain knowledge areas that guides, informs, and provides insight on what product enhancements, maintenance, and efficiencies are needed.
Key Responsibilities
Defining Team Product Backlog of User Stories including backlog prioritization, refinement, and creation of acceptance criteria along with agreed upon definition of done. Has autonomy to make decisions around the team backlog
Partner with the Product Manager to understand priorities and PI features and supports driving the Product Increment (PI) objective at the Team Level
Drives Iteration Goals and content via prioritized user stories
Product/Domain expert that guides, informs, and provides insight on what product enhancements, maintenance and efficiencies/remediation are needed
Ensures the technical integrity of the solution
Product decision maker including Functional and NFRs; accepts User Stories and Iteration Increments
Conducts impact analysis for optimal product delivery, industry trends etc.
Contributor to the Vision, Roadmap and ROI; ensures the team’s backlog aligns to the roadmap
Acts as the Customer for Teams including being the liaison between the business and team
Ensures team risks and dependencies are identified and managed
Collaborates with the System Architect to prioritize Enablers
Stakeholder management; Accountable for identifying and manage risks, scope trade-offs, and timeline impacts
Collaborator of dependencies with the team, Product Mgr. and other teams for optimal delivery outcomes
Leverage various Agile processes such as Story and Value Stream Mapping and Estimating using Fibonacci scale
Supports DevOps and Security best practices
Instrumental role in the preparation of the system demo as well as producing the system demo
Attends and actively participates in Release Train Ceremonies: PI Planning, System Demo, ART Sync, and Inspect & Adapt when part of an ART.
Attends and actively participates in Team Agile Ceremonies
Ensures feedback from System Demos Retrospectives and I&A workshops are taken back to teams for possible inclusion in future continuous improvement activities.
Enable the team to be empowered and self-regulated
Leadership role in third party vendor and solution evaluation, selection, and management
Provides leadership guidance/direction on what is expected of their Role and Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
5 years of related experience in an agile delivery framework (SAFe,scrum), in a Product Owner or related role.
Proficient in translating business needs into user stories that teams can develop into finished deliverables. Clearly define vision and scope with acceptance criteria.
Strong analytical skills to analyze options and drives solutions for complex business problems to deliver business value.
Understanding of Epic/Feature refinement, story point estimation process
Demonstrated ability to communicate ongoing risks, scope trade-offs, and timeline impacts to partners to ensure alignment.
Evidence of building strong relationships with Product Managers, business customers, and other IT partners to define and coordinate feature developments.
Solid understanding of agile tools, including Jira and Confluence.
Understanding of Voice and Mobility products/services, such as Microsoft TEAMS Voice, NICE CX1, INTUNE and Apple
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM).
Technical expertise of voice and mobile products and industry knowledge will be a distinct advantage.
Demonstrated experience with enterprise-wide technology products and deployments.
Experience handling third party and SAAS applications

This position has a starting salary range of $124,800.00 to $162,300.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
