You work through Shell Health manual, guides, protocols, and processes by collaborating with other colleagues within the health team and beyond to • Provide required health support to manage health risks and leverage health opportunities. • Deliver agreed KPIs (without the need for supervision) and adapt the guides, protocols, and processes to local or individual business needs. • Advise key internal stakeholders (employees and lines of business) on occupational health topics and be the local focal point for specific areas e.g., Drug and Alcohol, Health Hazards, Medical emergency response, Worker Welfare, Human Factors Engineering, Travel health, Fatigue, Fitness to work, etc. • Maintain and manage all records relating to occupational health. • Collate and escalate issues from the frontline, and collaborate with central teams to deliver standardized optimized solutions. • Promote and implement Shell Health activities and programs to SDSA workforce (working with key internal stakeholder departments, project and asset teams, social/network groups and committees), to improve their physical, mental, and social health through care so that they can be at their best. • Leverage existing expertise from Shell Health when faced with business issues, requests, incident Investigations and Lines Of Defence. • Manage Health contractors and Health and/or Medical service providers in line with Shell requirements. • Analyze data to determine effectiveness of the service. • Coach, supervise and support contractors. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: Professional Skills: • Nurse with an occupational health qualification recognised by the relevant professional body. • Current license to practice in the country/location • Experience of working in occupational health departments with a track record of delivering health outcomes and positive customer experience. • Demonstration of ongoing learning and continuous professional development • Post graduate qualification in Occupational Health, Health and Wellness, or other Public Health related field would be an advantage.
