Receptionist, Full-Time

The Receptionist is a positive and upbeat talented customer service provider, effective in a wide variety of functions that include administrative and clerical work, customer service, data entry, tracking and reporting functions. Some qualities that would describe this person are: friendly, approachable, efficient, accurate, well-organized, flexible, has a love for learning, is confident and outgoing.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
Provide information to customers, taking messages, and scheduling appointments over the phone and in-person
Greeting all in-store customers
Provide administrative support and ordering dealership supplies
Supporting our Sales, Parts and Service Departments with daily tasks (stocking shelves, assisting with displays, etc.)
Assist with general showroom cleanliness and organization
Promoting strong communication between departments and fellow staff members
Key Qualifications:
Outstanding over the phone and in-person customer service skills
Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multi-tasking skills
A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems
A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Accounts payable experience is considered an asset
Powersports and Marine experience is considered an asset
What we offer:
Hourly wage of $19-21, depending on experience
