Location: Stratford, ON, Canada (onsite) Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It: As our next Fluid Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining and cleaning CNC equipment and washers while ensuring that fluids used in manufacturing operations are properly changed and maintained. Your expertise in fluid handling, preventive maintenance, and cleanliness standards will directly support production performance and workplace safety. What You’ll Be Doing: • Monitor and log fluid concentrations throughout the shift • Top off and adjust fluid concentrations as required • Clean CNC equipment by removing oil, coolant, sludge, and chips; refill to resume production • Clean and maintain coolant trays and drip pans • Clean deburring equipment by removing build-up and refilling media and fluids • Clean part washers including wash and rinse tanks • Dispense and properly dispose of used fluids and coolants • Adhere to all requirements of the Quality Management and Environmental Health & Safety Systems • Perform additional duties as required by the Production Supervisor What We’re Looking For: • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred) • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work independently or in a team • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting Bonus Points If You Have: • Prior experience working with CNC machines or fluid systems • Clearly legible handwriting and ability to complete documentation accurately • Understanding of quality and environmental compliance systems • Willingness to work overtime when needed How to Apply: Apply online at www.johnsonelectric.com – We can’t wait to meet you!
