The Opportunity Apollo has clinical hours available for a psychiatrist to primarily support our veteran patients from the Canadian Armed Forces, providing consultations through our virtual platform on medical cannabis treatment. The candidate can be licensed in any province. We offer: Training Administrative support Flexible days and hours An extensive multidisciplinary team Responsibilities Provide consultations for veteran patients, using specialist expertise to review medical cannabis treatment plans prescribed by healthcare practitioners, determine if they are reasonable and necessary, and complete and submit relevant documentation. Provide psychological case management input and recommendations to the interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress, psycho-social barriers, and conflict management.
