Job Description
Joining us means you will be part of an extraordinary and exciting company! You’re a key team player collaborating closely with the restaurant team and our guests. You’ll learn our sought after set of systems and procedures while working closely with your FOH and BOH Teams. You’ll bring a professional, enthusiastic work ethic each day; and contribute to setting our restaurants apart and creating a rave worthy guest experience!
The Day to Day:
You’re a pro at first impressions and welcome each guest warmly and with enthusiasm
You’re aware of your surroundings and offer a helping hand to all guests whenever needed
You’re enthusiastic about our offerings and share your menu knowledgeable in order to make best recommendations
You value organization and structure and utilize seat-specific ordering so to not auction food when it is delivered to the table
You’re accurate and precise when entering information into the POS system ensuring communications are clear for the BOH team
You able to respond promptly and courteously to any guest request or concern
You take pride in your work space and monitor the cleanliness of section
You keenly follow all food safety standards and systems
You love to go above and beyond for special requests or celebration and take food preferences and guest allergies seriously
Other duties as assigned or required
Qualifications
At least 2 years serving experience in a similar environment
Pro Serve Certification a requirement
High attention to detail
Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
Organizational skills and sales ability
Ability to multi-task
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum
Ability to lift/ carry furniture
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Full availability weekends, evenings, and holidays.
