We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Quotations Specialist with a solid understanding of electrical systems and a passion for supporting project success from the ground up. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for preparing competitive quotes, supporting bids, and delivering solutions that help our electrical customers win work and get the job done right.
What you will do:
Analyze project documentation such as blueprints and plans to develop accurate material lists
Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to secure the best pricing and availability
Provide prompt and accurate phone quotes, supporting both planned projects and urgent needs
Offer detailed product and technical support to ensure clarity and confidence during the quoting process
Create and organize specification packages to accompany submitted proposals
Track and maintain all quote activity and project files for easy reference and follow-up
Collaborate with outside sales and customer teams to align on requirements, timelines, and opportunities
About you:
Experienced in commercial electrical quoting, ideally within a wholesale or distribution setting
Strong knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code, electrical products, and industry practices
Skilled in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high volume of quotes
A clear communicator with a solution-focused, customer-first mindset
