Job Summary Are you ready to gain hands-on experience in product certification and quality assurance? As a Product Compliance Intern, you’ll support our Corporate Quality and Product Compliance (CQPC) team in maintaining product integrity, managing certification projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across Sales, Manufacturing, and Marketing. You’ll contribute to the performance and compliance of IPEX’s product portfolio while developing your technical and project management skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Principal Responsibilities Support Product Compliance Engineers and Specialists in managing product certification projects, including preparing requests and coordinating with external agencies. Act as a liaison between IPEX manufacturing sites and the CQPC department to ensure alignment on compliance and quality initiatives. Develop product qualification plans and assist with implementation in manufacturing environments. Maintain and review technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with certification and internal standards. Assist in resolving Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and support consistent Quality Control and Assurance practices across facilities. Contribute to the standardization of QC/QA plans for specific product lines. Participate in plant training programs related to testing methods and CQPC processes. Support special projects aimed at enhancing product compliance and improving quality systems. Qualifications & Experience Must be a full-time student enrolled in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Detail-oriented with a disciplined, scientific approach to problem-solving. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Quick learner with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Bilingual (English and French) preferred.
