Key Responsibilities:
Be the friendly face welcoming new patients and families.
Support the Orthodontist with assessments and data collection.
Present treatment plans and financial options in a clear, compassionate way.
Guide families through every step of their orthodontic journey—from first visit to first smile.
Collaborate across clinical and admin teams for seamless patient care.
Promote a warm, inclusive clinic environment and celebrate patient wins!
What You Bring:
A positive, patient-first attitude and outstanding communication skills.
1+ year in a dental front office or treatment coordinator role is an asset.
Level II Dental Assistant certification or clinical background? Even better!
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, dental software).
A natural team player, passionate about learning and helping others thrive.
