Levitt-Safety is hiring Vehicle Fire Suppression Service Technicians for an exciting fly-in/fly-out opportunity supporting our customers in Val-d'Or, Quebec. Based out of Sudbury, Ontario, you'll work a compressed work schedule, travelling to Val-d'Or, Quebec for scheduled shifts.
We’re looking for mechanically inclined individuals who are passionate about safety and want to build their careers in a growing industry. You'll receive full technical training and manufacturer certifications, alongside hands-on mentorship from our experienced team. In this role, you'll work on mining and industrial sites in the Val-d'Or area, including underground mines.
Candidates must be bilingual and speak both English & French!
What You’ll Do:
Inspect, repair, and maintain vehicle fire suppression systems and related fire and life safety equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance services and system upgrades to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with service coordinators to schedule work efficiently and minimize downtime for the customer.
Document service work accurately through work orders and inspection reports.
Deliver exceptional service, safety inspections, and proactive maintenance recommendations.
Provide on-site system training to operators and other personnel, as needed.
Stay current on manufacturer training and certifications to ensure top-quality service and technical excellence.
Be the face of Levitt-Safety and represent our brand, building strong relationships with our customers and acting as the trusted on-site safety expert.

Qualifications
Fluency in French and English is essential!
Mechanical aptitude, and a strong interest in vehicle safety systems.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Willingness to work out of town on a rotational, compressed schedule, with shifts up to 12 hours/day.
Experience working on vehicles, heavy equipment, or in a mechanical shop (an asset).
Prior customer service experience will help you work effectively with our customers, both internal and external.
Customer service skills and comfort using technology (laptops, mobile devices).
Ability to pass a pre-employment tests, including a background check and drug and alcohol test.
