Join The Team:
ERCO Worldwide is looking for a Senior EnterpriseOne Business Analyst to join our E1 & Business Intelligence team! The EnterpriseOne Business Analyst’s primary areas of responsibility include the research, testing and implementation of additional system functionality in order to improve or/and automate business process. The EnterpriseOne Business Analyst acts as a liaison between the end-user community and the development team to evaluate and prepare system modification requests.
The Role:
Project Support
Participate in the design, testing and implementation of small- and large-scale projects
Provide modification specifications for development team as needed
Application ITG Testing
Research and report issues with Oracle Online Support
Create and amend EnterpriseOne documentation (manuals and test scripts) as needed
Work with end-users to facilitate user testing
Application Support
Troubleshoot application issues/bugs
Research and propose application modifications and enhancements
Generate modification specifications for development team
Application testing
Research and report issues with Oracle Online Support
Documentation of system changes
End-user Support after Implementation
Assist users with system related issues and concerns
Troubleshoot user application and data issues
End-user training
The Person:
College Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
Bilingual in English and French is strongly preferred.
1-2 years of ERP application experience and implementations.
3-6 years' experience working with JD Edwards Enterprise One, including system or module implementation, application and E1 support experience.
Previous technical support experience.
Strong technical skills, internal and external to Enterprise One (SQL, Access, etc.).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interpret and understand business processes and requirements.
Strong Project Management skills.
JD Edwards Security Principles and best practices.
