In order to continue our growth and ensure our customer satisfaction, we are looking for another passionate team player to join us.
The Counter Clerk is responsible for assisting customers (both retail and wholesale) in identifying, locating, and purchasing automotive parts and accessories. This role involves working at the parts counter, handling inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, while Delivering Excellent Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and professionally at the parts counter or over the phone.
Assist customers in identifying the correct automotive parts based on their vehicle’s make, model, and year.
Check inventory, place orders, and track parts availability using point-of-sale and inventory systems.
Process sales transactions
Advise customers on the use and care of parts and provide technical support when needed.
Stay current on new products, catalog updates, and industry trends.
Follow all Safety/Wellness and company procedures and protocols.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; automotive or technical training is a plus.
Prior experience in auto parts, retail sales, or a similar role preferred.
Basic knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and components.
Proficient computer skills and familiarity with inventory or POS systems.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
