Job Description
Under the supervision of the Quality Supervisor, the Quality Inspector will perform inspections and process audits to ensure that the product, meets the customer standards. He will be required to display excellent communication skills with various departments and employees.
Role and responsibilities
Perform quality assessments and process audits, on incoming materials.
Perform quality assessments and process audits, of all manufacturing stages.
Read and understand drawings and specifications.
Verify dimensions, functionality to ensure it meets specifications.
Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner by taking immediate dispositions or escalating when required.
Recommend improvements to the manufacturing process to ensure continuous improvement.
Document inspections by completing reports.
Communicate quality issues in a timely manner with stake holders.

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of precision inspection tools.
Excellent ability to read and interpret drawings.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Certification in quality is an asset.
Master the French language and the English (communication with customers from the United States).
