We currently have a (PART TIME) Sales Associate position open at our (Dartmouth) location. The Sales Associate will provide an exceptional customer experience to all customers by promoting our products and providing fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service. How you will make a difference: Warmly welcome and create a friendly atmosphere for all customers. Assess customer needs and provide knowledgeable recommendation. on the range of products available. Showcase the features and benefits of products that complement the sale. Collaborate with the store team to enhance overall store sales by consistently providing outstanding customer experiences. Skillfully close sales to build lasting customer relationships. Continuously expand your knowledge of products, services, promotions, events, and store layout. Assist in store merchandising, handle returns, and ensure the store maintains a safe, clean, and well-organized environment. Adhere to all relevant store operational policies and practices, including customer service, loss prevention, and problem resolution. Qualifications for Success: A minimum of 1-2 years of retail experience is required. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication abilities with a strong commitment to customer service. Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to tackle new challenges. Possess a mature attitude and a strong work ethic. Exceptional team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels. Candidates should be flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and weekdays.
