Être préposé(e) administration, ça consiste à quoi? Saisir et tenir à jour les coordonnées des contacts dans l’outil de gestion coutier Procéder à la mise à jour des listes du personnel des cabinets Assigner les abréviations au moment de la création de nouveaux codes ou cabinets de courtiers Communiquer avec les courtiers pour répondre à leurs demandes Rédiger certaines procédures et les intégrer à nos guides internes Participer à l’organisation des événements internes ou externes Le reste, on te l’apprendra!
