RPA Automation Business Systems Analyst – Insurance

Responsibilities:
• Understand and define the core business problem, ensuring project focus remains aligned with business goals.
• Define and manage project scope in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Map current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) process workflows to guide automation planning.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Design and optimize workflows using RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.
• Create and maintain documentation including process maps, use cases, and test plans.
• Participate in roadmap design, planning, and project prioritization.
• Lead working sessions and regular project update meetings with stakeholders across various levels.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to support project execution and delivery.
• Identify potential roadblocks or project risks and propose effective resolutions.
• Support all phases of testing, including UAT, regression, and performance testing.
• Recommend process improvements and contribute to enhancing project delivery practices.
What you will need to succeed:
• Previous experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Experience working in Agile environments, with exposure to Scrum practices.
• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms, including UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Familiarity with Process Definition Documents (PDDs).
• Strong understanding of insurance operations and workflows.
• Skilled in creating functional specifications and process documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Highly organized with strong planning and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and follow through effectively.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrated project ownership and accountability.
