As a Client Services Representative within Major Account Services, you'll
leverage our top-ranked training programs and world-class service guidelines to
solve clients' challenges and fuel their business success. You will work with
clients who have 50 to 999 employees. You carry the weight of ADP’s service
reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.
The nature of what you do every day will not change – your #1 goal is to help

What you’ll do: Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day:
Be the client’s Go-To Person and Trusted Advisor
- Serve as a Client Services Representative in supporting clients with the
payroll module of ADP's HCM software solution, ADP WorkforceNow
- Use breadth of expertise to support ADP's clients
- Work to resolve issues and to identify and provide solutions through root
cause analysis via the use of effective communication and analytical skills
Be a Networker and Relationship Builder

Build relationships with clients and leverage your deep understanding of
ADP's products and services to provide solutions to issues and questions.
Help build a client's understanding of our product's value, exceeding
clients' expectations in all your interactions

Provide recommendations to ADP leadership around potential best practices,
product and support processes enhancements, based on client input or
experience

Continually upgrade knowledge and skill base through a wide variety of
available resources to ensure familiarity on appropriate statutory laws, or
legislative rulings that impact clients
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer service environment.
- Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in post-secondary education and
experience (Preferably in business and/or human resources management)
- A strong focus on client satisfaction in a relevant industry or as a
payroll/HR practitioner with systems experience.
- Fluency in French and English
Bonus points for these: Preferred Qualifications
- Up to 1 year of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience
with software applications, software configuration and client systems
preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills,
including sophisticated Human Capital Management areas (HR, Payroll, Time and
Labour, etc.)
- Basic understanding of payroll processing workflow from input to delivery of
the payroll. Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification an asset.
- Active listening skills and high impact oral and written communications
skills to effectively receive, interpret and disseminate information in a
manner that is clear and concise.
- Initiative to seek out answers, solutions, and positive outcomes for both the
client and ADP.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to multi-task, set priorities,
and follow up in a timely manner.
- The ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work
independently while demonstrating resourcefulness in the use of available
tools and support resources.
*Quebec candidates: While French is required for Quebec-based roles, use of the
English language is also required due to the global nature of the business and
the need to interact with ADP’s headquarters and international sites.
